Danny Boy Festival

The Danny Boy Festival has been developed by Limavady Borough Council in order to provide an opportunity to celebrate the town’s connection with Northern Ireland’s famous song “Danny Boy” through the colourful and cultural mix of music, sport, entertainment and displays of rural crafts and traditions.

Our aim is to have all roads leading to Limavady for what we hope will be a vibrant community festival. The overall festival theme has been selected as being a mix of all forms of music and the committee and community from Limavady have a warm welcome for all from around the world.

We’re providing fun for all the family and entertainment for all our international visitors. The festival will run from the 30th April 2009 to the 3rd May 2009. See the programme details page for all event information.
